Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This is a starting-point template, not legal advice. Have it reviewed by a lawyer licensed in Alberta before relying on it — particularly if you have users in the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA), which may require additional disclosures beyond Alberta's PIPA.

This Privacy Policy describes how PalmWell Tech Corp ("PalmWell," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Frontline or our other services.

Information we collect

How we use it

We use this information to operate Frontline (matchmaking, storing your progress, processing purchases), to communicate with you about your account, and to improve our products.

Sharing

We share information with the service providers that power Frontline: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in), and Cloudflare (hosting). Your username and rank standing are visible to other players as part of normal gameplay (e.g. leaderboards, PvP opponents). We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We retain account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact us at contact@palmwelltech.com to make a request.

Children's privacy

Frontline is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
