Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Frontline and any other products or services offered by PalmWell Tech Corp ("PalmWell," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use Frontline. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to: cheat, exploit bugs, or use automation/bots to gain an unfair advantage; harass or abuse other players; attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our services; or resell, transfer, or share your account.

3. Virtual items and purchases

Frontline offers optional purchases of virtual currency, cosmetic items, and a recurring Battle Pass subscription, processed through Stripe. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed to you, not sold — they remain PalmWell's property. 4. Intellectual property

Frontline, including its software, design, and content, is owned by PalmWell Tech Corp and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or to us.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PalmWell Tech Corp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
