Refund Policy

This policy covers purchases made directly through Frontline on the web, processed by Stripe.
Digital goods
Frontline sells virtual cosmetic items (character and board skins) and a recurring Battle Pass subscription. Because these are digital goods delivered instantly to your account, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once delivered, except as described below or as required by applicable law.
When we'll issue a refund
- You were charged in error or charged twice for the same purchase.
- A purchase failed to deliver the item to your account.
- Required by law in your jurisdiction (for example, certain consumer-protection rules).
Battle Pass subscription
The Battle Pass renews monthly until canceled. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; canceling does not refund the current billing period, and you'll keep Battle Pass benefits through the end of the period you already paid for.
How to request a refund
Email contact@palmwelltech.com with your account email and the purchase in question. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
